Individual papers and poster proposals undergo a thorough evaluation based on the following criteria:

Presentation Quality: Evaluators consider the conciseness, coherence, clarity, and focus of the presentation, aiming for a well-structured and engaging submission.
Methodology: For empirical studies, the research design, including clearly stated questions, data sources, data collection procedures, analytic approach, and results, are evaluated to ensure a robust methodology.
Relevance and Significance: The relevance, currency, appropriateness, and significance of the topic, issue, or problem addressed in the proposal are assessed, emphasizing its importance in the field of mental health.
Theoretical Orientation and Practical Application: The evaluators look for a strong theoretical foundation and practical application of the research or ideas presented, bridging the gap between theory and practice.

Short Biography: Provide a short biography (limit: 150 words), including a photograph and email ID for each author, at the end of the abstract. Refer to the Abstract Template for guidance.
Presenter Registration: All presenting authors must register for the conference and attend the session in which their presentation is scheduled (November 21-22, 2024).
Single Presenter: Each presenter may submit only one abstract. However, individuals presenting on behalf of a community organization may additionally present their own work.
Reassignment of Abstracts: Abstracts not meeting the focus of the selected topic by the authors may be reassigned at the discretion of the Review Committee.
