Mental Health

Mental health can be defined as the ability of an individual to perceive and understand his or her surroundings. It is a state of emotional, psychological, and social wellness. It affects the way we talk, feel, and act. And thus mental and physical health is co-dependent. The ability to cope up with the adverse conditions, i.e. resilience, and feeling happy are some signs of positive mental health.
